[Record] Cynologists: Results 2015, beginning of 2016. How do you like the format??

Max Solodilov and I have been hatching plans for several months to create our own film show, where we could chat a lot about what we found on the Internet, what was released in cinemas and what is playing at festivals.

But at some (as always, the last) moment, they decided that it was inappropriate to make a full-fledged podcast: it was much better and easier to conduct a special movie broadcast on Twitch, and then post the recording.

The first sample turned out like this. We didn’t have a clear structure and prepared topics (except for the banal “Best and worst films of the year”), we didn’t have time to adequately read the audience’s comments (we wanted to say too much ourselves). In general, look.

And now that you’ve looked at it, tell me: how do you like this format?? Maybe we should push a little harder and make this a really clear radio with a list of topics and a predetermined timing? Or vice versa, score and simply answer the questions: “Have you watched the movie N?».

We won’t be able to listen to every opinion, but we will read everyone carefully.
Thanks for!

Easily.
If we discuss not old films, as this time, but new ones, then it really makes sense to give a good, deep critical analysis.
Plus we watch a lot of things that are old or unknown, we can also tell.
Plus answers to questions.
Plus, if the week is slow for premieres and news, you can find an endless number of topics like: “Horror”, “Australian Cinema”, “Camerawork”, “Old and Silent Films” and so on.
While I’m thinking about the number «two weeks». Total 25 issues per year.
Yes, lightly!

As an armchair expert, I can say that the format is very successful and is a kind of outlet from simple game streams. I’d like to see more of this. I especially enjoy the stories and interesting facts about cinema, I learn a lot of new things.

So let’s wait for more 🙂

In my opinion, it’s better for you to outline a certain number of topics, discuss them, and then move on to answering questions from site visitors who will ask them on blogs during the broadcast.

It was fun, but my palm got stuck in my forehead on the story about Powers flying on an American spy drone)

I liked this streaming format. If https://nonukcasinosites.co.uk/crash-gambling/ you make it monthly and make a definite plan about which films you will talk about, you will get a pretty good show)

He will bother you 🙂
I think the questions “Have you seen the movie N?» you can devote a separate stream or a separate time or respond to it if the film corresponds to the theme of the stream.
The main thing is that you yourself enjoy it (yes, it’s obvious that if you didn’t like it, you wouldn’t offer it, but still) and everything will be received with a bang.

The broadcast was good. I listened to you on the road and didn’t even notice that I had already arrived. Thank you.

Well, about the format. You can do this by first discussing the topics you have planned and then answering the questions. At the same time, the most interesting questions or comments are not planned to be broadcast. You can also try inviting viewers on air who will ask questions and discuss them live on air. the choice is yours.

Oh yes. It’s better not to play games on air so as not to be distracted from the conversation. Otherwise Malt was always losing concentration.

I really liked the format, you should consider doing podcasts. It seems to me that in this case this option is even more suitable, so that no one is distracted by games and the result is about an hour or an hour and a half recording with concentrated interesting things.

And in the background you can run mountain, a Jewish simulator, one of the latest games from telltale or something in the zero player games genre

In my opinion, it’s easier to release a stream once a month, and go wild with it, with a script. But a podcast would be fun to listen to too.
In general, both ideas are good, I don’t know which to choose. Although you can probably do some Oscar streams and make podcasts in the remaining months.

Well, that means, at least until March, we don’t have to wait for discussions of Australian cinema. And in the planned January issue there will be mainly conversations on the topic of the Globe results or will you also touch on Sundance?

I was wondering if this movie show is planned to be done on a regular basis or occasionally, or they will completely forget about him after the third issue? It’s just that if you do it regularly, will there be enough topics for at least an hour-long stream (unless, of course, you completely go away from the topic of cinema)?

You’ve got a decent radio. I don’t watch movies much, but I’m always happy to listen to objective criticism.

If you still decide to hold such a show, then:

— a few days (a week) in advance, indicate the approximate theme of the show (if there is one) and the list of films that you will discuss. This will be a spoiler warning, so feel free to speak on the show. This will also allow those who wish to familiarize themselves with the topic and write their questions in the post.

— after the show, post the materials you use (articles, videos, etc.).n.) which were used. It will be very convenient for us.

– you can introduce a mini-section “Celebro takes out the trash”, where you will talk about shit that is worth watching, because it’s shit. If I remember correctly, then you love this kind of thing, right??

– don’t get too attached to timing. Speak while there is a topic and relevant material. The main thing is not to go into the sky around 5-6 o’clock.

– in the background include either self-play or bot battles in MK. Or call a third person who will play (guest from the audience))).

Oh, well, here’s a case similar to the story from “Room”. They even made a movie based on it – “The Mockingbird Won’t Sing”.

This is more of a personal wish than a public one, but still.
You often talk about the rhythm of the film, the construction of the plot, working with light and other things that are usually unknown to the viewer. I understand that such inserts are the “golden coins” of the show, but could you recommend materials on these topics? So that we too can go beyond the boundaries of “I just like this movie”.

Quite a good idea, especially in Raska, where only reviews of Russian comedies are common on the subject of films.
